Dragon ball z question?

@Nabil Othmani, actually I watched every single episode of Dragonball Z years ago when toonami was on TV and I heard Krillin say that 18 started out as a human but that Dr. Gero made a few modifications. So they are indeed brother and sister. Thats why 17 and 18 resemble each other so much.
