I haven't ha my period for two months and I know I'm not pregnent what's wong?

The last time I ha my period was in febuary and it is now may. I know I'm not pregnent cuz i've never had sex. I need some answers is there anyone that can tell me what's wrong. Oh and I'm 16 years old
