I want to go into something using psychology and law?

I wanted to go into child psychology but am now thinking about if I could bring it into law, like possibly work with the courts or police on cases, kind of like Dr. Wong from law & order SVU, im not sure what i should major in for college, or what careers are out there for that if any? and advice?
