Okay well what do I do when my parents are punishing me for no reason?

You basically have two options. Either stick it out and accept the punishment to please your parents, or try and talk to your mom about how you feel. Sometimes parents are more understanding than you believe. But if they aren't then just say please and thank you and accept all blame and keep them happy as possible.
